One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy, and definitely the best I’ve stayed in Milan.
Highly professional and competent staff. Nice room with high quality furniture, amenities and solid hardwood floors. Comfortable bed and overall high levels of service and comfort.
Would stay again.
Points of improvement:
- water pressure in shower could be a little better
- mini bar prices (as always) a bit over the top

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in October 2023. The hotel’s location is conveniently next to the station and within a 15-minute drive from the city center. The breakfast offered was quite good, and the service staff displayed a high level of competence.
During my stay, I opted for a suite. The room’s layout was pleasantly simple, as you can observe in the pictures and video I’ve included in this review. One minor suggestion for improvement could be the addition of a coffee table in front of the sofa, which would enhance the overall comfort of the suite.

Clean and affordable hotel which is close to the train station, very friendly and helpful staff. However you’ll suffer from the noises at night as the place is close to a bar, and then again garbage trucks comes early morning which also will wake you up because of noises they make.
The room is large and close to the train station.The service is also good.But the facilities in the room were somewhat broken, and the faucet for washing hands could not turn on hot water.Everything else is fine.
Not the best location in the city, the rooms are just big. The lobby smells like food, which is not a nice entree. no elegance in design and utility, but staff is helpful! Value for money is 👎🏼
Our experience at the Palazzo Carnolia Hotel was impeccable. As well as the service and staff working. Omar who was working Night Shift at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I recommend to stay at this hotel. Hotel also has amazing smells and products !!
